Currently away from gym house-sitting for some friends. Do I have wide hips?

fridge mode is when your waist is kinda the same width as your shoulders. you don't have much of a v-taper you just look like a tube

Is there anything that can be done about wide hips at all?

you could get surgery, turn into a woman, or build you upper body enough that it looks like you have normal hips. just fix your proportions it's not that hard if you keep lifting
I would actually recommend laying off all lower body weight training. I have the same issue, and that's what I'm doing.

I hate when people like u complain, ur hips are a tiny bit wide I wouldn't have noticed if u didn't tell me
Start complaining when ur hips are 15cm+ bigger than ur waist
