When I was deployed u always got ON Multi and Green Freaks phytonutrients. Deployed food is void of any nutrients OP, so really Amy supplement is better than nothing.

Op here, only reason I brought those two brands up is the trade off between the MSM/ joint support in TRIad vs all the research Jim Stopani put into his products indicates TRIad being grossly under dosed.
