How do you guys keep track of your lifts? i'm getting off an old routine and was using an app to track my stuff. Does a notepad work well?

I use a notebook in the gym, then track my diddy, squat, bench and ohp in one google sheets, and specifically my prs in another. You can make graphs and shit.

How fucking terrible should your memory be? And do you really need to remember what weight you did dumbbell flys with? Not to mention it's always fucking DYELs.
