Could you honestly say that exercise alone has cured your depression?
Exercise cures normie depression. It doesn't cure clinical depression, don't be absurd.

It makes me feel very good and definitely helps with neurochemical deficiencies. Do I still feel the despair and hopelessness that plagues my existence? Yes, but lifting makes me feel like a man and part of being a man is realizing life is not about feeling good all the time, or even feeling good at all, it's about chasing an ever distant horizon.
No, still sad as shit but I've had my come to Jesus moment. Fixing shit from the ground level. I'm sick of being miserable. Can't fix those past mistakes, so I'll own them and carry on.

Exercise caused me to stop drinking so much which in turn cured my self induced depression so....yes
I feel better when i'm exercising, but i've noticed that i'm mostly absolutely miserable on my off days or when I get home. This never used to happen, I don't know if it's because i'm unemployed or what

It hasn't cured my PTSD, but it has drastically helped it.
>The heavier I lift
>The less I feel the need to be on 24/7 high alert
>Someone knocking at my door doesn't make me absolutely lose my shit anymore
>Haven't had a panic attack in 11 months
>Was on 80mg diazepam every night. No longer need it
>Haven't punched a hole in my wall for over a year
>Feels not so bad bruh

Why ptsd?
>>36530549
Because life isn't always fair.
>>36530566
I was asking what led you to have ptsd
>>36530338
Results gave me confidence, but I'm not a drepressed person, I just lack self-esteem.
>>36530570
A part of having ptsd is always giving vague answers to try and sound mysterious.
>>36530571
why do you still lack self-esteem?
>>36530338
It helps. Exercise releases endorphins and gives you a feeling of accomplishment.
>>36530338
Maybe some friends helped, but yeah.

enjoying time with other will make you feel a whole lot better.
Just got back from paintballing with some guys and it was great. Haven't had that much fun in a long time
I feel good while exercising and about and hour afterwards but then I return back to my normal state.

>tfw i have PTSD for a lame reason
