Isn't muscle supposed to weigh more than fat? I'm 6', Squat 245, Russian deadlift 245, bench 135 (hey I know I'm a runner i'm working on it) but I weigh 152.8 lbs on an empty stomach. That's significantly less than some of my lanklet friends who are the same height as me and I'm getting worried. I just came off an 8lbs cut but honestly I'm not satisfied with how cut I am right now so I want to go further but idk if thats healthy.
I guess what I'm asking is what kind of bone disease do you guys think I have and is it curable?

lower your weights and do more sets. work on slow extensions of the muscles and fast contraction. example when doing pull ups go up fast and go down slow. squats explode up and lower slowly. add a 1 or 2 second pause at the top and bottoms of your movements. also try and flex the muscles you are working the whole time to help maintain an increased amount of intensity. keep rest times at a realistic minimum and keep your form good.

i think you are at a point where something like this could help you. finish off with minimal amounts of cardio if you do do any cardio.

you can lower the frequency you lift and do more bodyweight exercises while you are in your track season. you will maintain a cut look and maintain general relative strength.

It's no big deal,
and despite what some people say the edno/exto/meso morph thing has some truth.
I'm 5'7" 145lbs, 5 rep maxes are 305 DL, 255 squat, 175 bench, 125 OHP. I look much heavier than I am. anytime someone tries to guess my weight they overestimate by 30ish pounds.
I've gotten used to it. Just start judging where you're at on how you look
