Hey /fit/ I need some advice. My parents want to take my family out to dinner to some asian buffet. Only problem is, I am on PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fasting). The buffet is called Dragon Pearl. Is there anyway I can go and not completely fuck up my diet? >Pic semi-related
