Do you isolate traps, forearms, calves, or abs?
All but forearms.
Fucking fight me you dyel faggot.

Calm down
I sort of do forearms with hammer curls. But that's it, I'm lazy.
Forearms nigga
Tryna get that death grip when i choke the chicken

>traps
I do shruggs, I guess
>forearms
they look dyel as fuck and my grip is piss weak so I have to isolate them (fucking guys in manual labor having strong as fuck forearms, miring everytime)
>calves
yes, but only because I have strong calves and it's fun
>abs
I throw in some crunches and shit once or twice a week
>traps
No. I don't do conventional DLs so I should but I'm fried after pull day to do any shrugs.
>forearms
No, useless since my pull day consists of heavy compounds and they're hit in legit every exercise I do, I.e curls, rows, chins. They're brutally pumped at the end, hence partly why I don't do shrugs.
>calves
Duh. If you don't you're an idiot, squats don't hit them enough to grow fuckall.
>abs
Yes. Core strength is vital to good posture, good lifts, good sex, everything. And working them a little extra costs nothing with more to gain.

only abs and forearms
abs:
abwheel with plate on back (heavy)
leg raises (lighter)
forearms:
farmers walk (sometimes max weight, sometimes distance, depends)
and hammer curls on pull day
>why not shrugs and calves?
because even when doing high rep sets (12+) i have to put 500+ on the bar (i usually did them both after squatting/dl-ing/farmers)
and i hate to load that much weight on my already tired spine
too big risk/reward ratio

Strong grip != big forearms
Work calves 4-5 times a week...14.5 inches. Just kill me brahs.
>>36511787
No. I do strongman training and those all get worked together.
I live in japan and every dyel fuckwad hogs the bench to do wrist curls and ab isolations. Everyone. Nigga, I can wrap my fingers around your bicep why do you want forearms so bad?

How does the plate stay on your back when you abwheel? Unless you are doing a stationary plank on the ab wheel I don't see how it could work.
For traps I just work shrugs on barbell. Haven't gone over 495 yet.
Forearms are heavenly to work. And I always try to suicide grip during any given arm day workout. Calves I work twice a week. 6 sets on deadlift day, 6 sets on leg day. Idk if I was blessed, but my calf circumference matches my arms right around 17".
I hit abs every other day, and have a specific ab day on Sunday.
I have barely done any ab work in the year I've been working out, but I still had abs before lifting just messing around. Am I still going to make it?
