Honestly I look at pictures of a lot of fit dudes who have the body I want. I also watch plenty of porn with the same kinds of dudes.

Seeing a big fit ass makes me want to eat right, go to the gym and get one of my own.

Motivation is a meme. Just get up and go without putting too much thought into it.

When you start thinking about it you'll start getting discouraged.

Once you've been going to the gym for a while it'll become part of your life and you'll start doing everything almost sub-consciously.

do it long enough and it becomes a habit. lifting 4x per week is just part of my routine, i get the same feeling when i skip a day that i used to get when i was trying to motivate myself to go - extreme reluctance and guilt.
