The board you're on is /fit/, a board dedicated to health and fitness where said autists will spend their time debating and analysing which foods will make their bench 1% stronger.
Yeah, people might be right about bread being largely useless energy without much in the way of vitamins or minerals (wholegrain bread has decent fibre, thiamin, some other worthwhile stuff) but most people in the real world are too busy doing real world shit to care.
