Well i jist started working out today. Started with 2 of my friends whos been into it for the past 3 years.

Im 210lb, 5"9,. Honestly just want to lose weight and gain some muscle. Not looking to become ripped.

Any good tips. Is pre-workout and protein worth it? Pics for attention
