Hey /fit/ I dislocated my shoulder 2 weeks ago. I was lifting for 3 years before so my shoulders are pretty strong. I can overhead press 155 for 5 times.
Im scarred that I wont be able to box anymore though. I have a feeling that this happened because I stretch my shoulders way to much. Every day I do chest or any upper body i do 3 sets of should cuff workouts with 5lbs.
Have any of you have a dislocated shoulder? Does it always keep falling out or is that only an issue for no lifters? Im scarred I wont be able to do anything anymore....
Only permanent fix is surgery.

if those aren't kg, consider giving up.
also, I injured my knee doing something outside of weightlifting and haven't done any diddles or squats since. I feel you.

Dislocated my shoulder over 20 times due to various sports. It is going to continue to come out in situations unless you get the surgery
