sup /fit/ so do I have a medical concern or am I just ridiculously out of shape.
About two years ago I started getting fatigue after moderate physical activity, which never used to happen. I used to enjoy dancing, running and lifting but now anything that makes my heart race triggers this fatigue bullshit and I start to get dizzy/light headed, my eyes start to lose focus/color and I'm out of breath after basically doing nothing. I've always been a fatty but it's never been this fucking bad. It's gotten to the point where I burn out after 100 squats. Over the last two years I've considerably fixed my diet (sort of) I picked up vegan meat, have ate more fruits/vegis in the last six months than I probably have all my life. And I always drink water. DIABETUS runs in my family but I entirely refuse to accept that as an answer and I don't want to be one of these fat pussies whining about a thyroid problem. Pls halp me /fit/
You're probably prediabetic if you don't already have it.

I've noticed that when I manage to catch my breath after the first feeling of fatigue I'm usually good to go. For example if I'm at a show and I'm dancing, I usually get this feeling after taking a few steps. After I calm down (which takes like fucking 30 minutes) I can usually do whatever at a steady pace as long as I don't overdo it.
