Do you think I could lose the stomach and moobs by summer if I do cardio 3-5 times a week and eat about 1500 - 2000 calories a day?

Was 180 cm / 91 kg, and lost 27 kg, and I still fucking got the stomach. Don't know how that happened.

Been doing cardio (50 miles per week) until knee injury. Now I'm just lifting for the past 3 months and waiting for the belly to go away. I can feel my abs growing, but they are still under this layer of fat.

If anyone has an advice, I'm gldly taking it.

Because if people would answer that I could, I'd simply be even more motivated to do it. Either way I'll keep on eating healthily and running as much as I do now. I was merely curious to find out whether I could have some possible goal to pursue (eg. lose 10 kilos by the end of July) or something like that. Yep, my stomach and chest is pretty much the only places I have fat, although I have some on my thighs too.
You really think so? When I was still in good shape I showed no traits of breasts or puffier nipples, I had a chest like other normal people. They've also become smaller during my weight loss.

Yes, easy
make an excel spread sheet, weight yourself every day and graph the progress. Draw a line of best fit.
set your goal weight and date and figure out what your average daily weight loss needs to be. don't stress about day to day variation from sugar sodium, water etc, but if your regression line is your weight - your needed average daily weight loss then keep going, if you aren't losing fast enough cut the calories back by 100 or so depending on how far off you are from your ideal rate of change.

you can see just a little bulge there on the side of my waist just above the ass and small belly

last few months I didnt pay attention and gayned about 9 pound also think I gayned a vary small almost noticable double chin, i I lean down a bit and I know spot reduction dont work so Im gonna have to loose my whole body fat in order to make affect on my chin

Easily. If you cut at 500 calorie deficit and do an average of 500 calories of cardio a day (so 700 calories burned 5 days a week is pretty reasonable) you'll lose around 2 pounds a week, which will add up fast.
