just fucking chill, don't think too hard about it. nobody else is thinking "why's he resting for so long". I'm guessing you're new to lifting bc when you seriously start lifting heavy you will NEED that rest time.

timing your rest is important for gains. studies have shown 3 minutes is optimal for muscle growth, but I go for 1:30 between sets because I don't have time for that.
