Sup brahs. Been lifting for 45 days now. Hard isolated 4×8 workouts every day. I do tricep-bicep-shoulders-chest-back-legs and abs. That's my 6 day cycle. I eat my body weight (187 lbs) of protein every day as well as 3 or 4 servings of oatmeal or another carb. I am seeing progress but it is really slow... should I be doing combo workouts like back and biceps together in 1 day or something? I am sore all the time and I know I am working hard but results are just slow.... any tips?
