If I need a bench and somebody is using one for something like that I usually just move their shit. I don't toss it at the wall or anything, just take it off the bench and out of my way. Nobody's giving me any attitude or anything about it up to now, and if they did I'd probably just tell them they don't need a bench for their shit.
