My calorie goal is 1500(cutting) so I'm plotting out dinner and it comes up to 1400 but the macros are apparently fucked. Does it really make a difference as long as I'm below my calories?
I work midnight shift in the military so the only organic things really available to me for dinner are eggs. I don't want to eat processed pork or starchy breads.
Unrelated question but i am curious. That is a lot of protein. What body weight to protein ratio do you follow?
It makes a bigger difference if your cutting, not hitting your protein can lead to more muscle loss then usually obviously one.day won't do shit but overall
Also 1500 seems like a really low calorie for a cut mang
>cutting on 1500kcal
>200g of protein
you have no idea what you're doing, do you?

none really. In the past I would try to get one gram per pound.
Currently I'm 195 so 200 probably isn't too bad. MyFitnessPal has my goal at 75 which is low as fuck imo.
This time around I kinda just don't want to worry about going over on protein.
Should I do 15C/50P/35F?

if I keep going over on fats and cholesterol on a cut will it keep me from losing weight?
Here's my macros
Cutting on 1600 cals
Tbh I like meat so it's easy to hit high protein, I usual aim for 100g+
But then again im 5'10 and weigh 67 kg lol
