if you flexed really hard and brought your arm up slow it would basically be like a curl. obviously weight is better but its essentially the same

yeah i was talking about a curl basically all you're doing is squeezing your bicep but it wouldn't work for chest/lats and stuff i don't think, even though i guess you're doing the same thing

i jsut watched a kai green vid then flexed my dik off at the gym. it seemed to have worked my chest more than usual.
