Im 24, weigh 260lbs. 6ft. Passable physique but I definitely need to lose weight. (No fat folds or anything but if I dont start watching my weight I will.) Anyways I drink very sparingly and dont smoke. I work in a clean factory, not around any harsh chemicals. Hare's the dilemma:

I have started to have pain under the edge of my sternum and around the underside of my rib cage close to the right of my chest. The pain also springs up around my armpit and behind my right back shoulder-blade. Mind you the pain is NOT consistent. Only when I move in certain directions or when I inhale deeply. The pain has lasted a total of 4 days now. Any assistance would be appreciated. Pic provided has the painful areas circled.

I had similar chest pains and it turned out to be a collapsed lung.

I would guess you sit at a desk all day? You have a lacrosse ball or tennis ball? If not stretch your pec muscles in a door way. Also stretch/roll your shoulder muscles.

On my off days I do computer gaming but I cant stand being stationary for anything more than 3-4 hours.
