So I started to get into fitness and want a good protein supplement that isn't shit. I don't get much food protein. What does \fit\ think of this guys products? Anything better?

the protein is good shit but way too expensive
>>36486297
What's a great substitute, since I agree it is rather pricey.
>>36486363
for the price i've never found anything more quality than myprotein, the chocolate fudge tastes well enough and i spent like 25$ for a 5 lb bag

Just get a bag of unflavoured whey.
Costs like £36 for 5kg.
>>36486439
how many proteins per 100 cal?
>>36486460
Any brand in particular? Not looking to get inferior 99 cent protein
>>36486478
i think its 15g per 90 cal, its not thier highest quality stuff but it was cheap as shit

MyProtein Impact Whey
It's good shit. They have a sale on right now.
How much protein do you get from your normal food and how much do you weight?
>>36486527
Thanks anon. Will take a look
>>36486478
21g
>>36486509
not bad for $20

I have PBJ on wheat, banana, and OJ in the morning.
Workout for about an hour in the afternoon.
2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices mozzerella cheese on wheat
Fruit, greek yogurt around 7pm.
I weigh 148. Skinny fat

I mean the actual amount of protein as grams, have you counted how much you get each day?
Also what's your workout like, from the description it doesn't sound too serious so wasting money on expensive protein products isn't necessarily the best move

When I lived in Europe I always ordered that stuff. Shit was great familia.

I estimate around 80g per day
Day 1: Chest, shoulders
Day 2: Arms, back
Day 3: Legs, abs
I use the Ultimate Bowflex but seem to of maxed out cause I can lift all the weight fairly easy, so maybe I should switch to free weights?

>what the fuck is a bowflex ultimate
>google it
mate... just buy a gym membership, start eating a lot and do SS. Don't worry about supplements and what not
