Hey Guise is this type of chicken still good for me for gains? It's 6$ for 4 of these (pic related) vs. Chicken breast for upwards of double the cost.

Get yo monies worth. Brown it, throw it in a pot with sauted onions and celery, add broth, water, veggies and roux. Simmer for a few hours, remove chicken, take off the skin and shred that shit up off the bone then put it back in the pot for gains stew. Bonus, you can bake the skin to make bulking meat chips afterwards. The bones are still good for making another batch of broth too.
