All three kids got the stomach bug. I thought I would dodge this one but no... I can't keep anything down, puking and shitting poop water at the same time. What should be my strategy to minimize losses? Is 2-3 days of fasting and puking gonna be noticeable? Can I see it as a mini cut?

When I had a similar issue I managed to keep down light stuff like white rice, bread, and unsweetened apple sauce. That's my recommendation to you, probably better than nothing.
