170 lbs here. Just front squatted 215 for 3 reps and OHP 160 for 3 reps.

I´m not sure if it´s hip movement or leg drive. Hip movement was part of the press in olympics.
Anyway there is movement in lower body for sure. Didn´t do it on purpose it´s just hard to get rid of when going for rm1
