Just interested in seeing where you all started and where you're at now. Pics if you want.
Started at 320ish lbs, don't know starting maxes, didn't measure. Now at 224. 315bench, 485deadlift, 415squat, 205OHPx5. I'm 5'10", and this is 2yr progress
