Let me clarify; I've been lifting for a year but I was cutting for most of that so my lifts are all still beginner level. I'm well acquainted with all of these exercises.

Because Greyskull LP exists, deadlifting to failure twice a week is a bad idea and squatting three times a week to failure is overkill.

What if I only squat to failure on day 3 of each week, and only deadlift to failure on day 2 of the first week and day 3 of the second?
