How much Magnesium and zinc does a man need?
found one with 600mg magnesium and 10mg zinc
found an other with 300mg magnesium and 20mg zinc.
and there is some magnesium in some pwos, so can you get too much?

Too much MAG will lead to loose stool until you get used to it.
I thnk the upper daily limit for zinc is 30 mg

30/450/10 is ideal.
I believe going over on the magnesium inhibits your ability to absorb calcium, but I'm not 100% sure.
