You don't need HGH. You need psychological help with anxiety issues. You also need to learn to accept and love yourself rather than letting other people dictate who and what you should be. Please, go talk to someone before you do something bad and permanent to yourself, OK?

Breh...look up high intensity interval training. It trigger your own HGH response and a substantial hormone response as well.
