This desu. 2g/kg is max. Try to stay clear of the lim it because too much will actually fuck up your hormones. But it's scientifically proven that too much protein doesn't affect your body in a negative way. Either way, it doesn't matter too much but if you want to avoid dropping test levels keep a 2g/kg max.
