hey /fit/, i'm unsure about my routine.
i just started lifting, 6 feet 150 pound skeleton.
right now i'm doing this 3 times a week:
Low bar squats 3x8
power cleans 3x8
seated rowing 3x8
lateral pull down 3x8
deadlift 3x8
bench press 3x8
chest press 3x8
pectoral machine 3x8
OHP 3x8
abdominal crunches 3x8
i've been able to increase weight for the last week, but that's probably just beginner gains.
i've heard some people say i should do power cleans 5x3 instead and 1x5 deadlifts, also that i should drop the chest exercises. what do you think? should i try to alter this routine or should i just do SS?
