Why not just cook a few lbs in a crock pot and portion out for the week. Unless you enjoy cooking the same thing 4 times a day.

Cheated yesterday and today. Totally just sent to the extreme but oh well. Can't cry over spilled milk. Gonna do a 24 hr fast, start Atkins diet, do some cardio and lower my calorie intake by 200 for a week
Have you guys made gains in running/push-ups/pull-ups/sit-ups whilst cutting? Is it possible?

Yes. I can only speak for push-ups and running.
No reason why you shouldn't improve on all those on a cut.

This is last week vs January. I've been eating at a 750 Cal deficet while lifting 3-4x a week and training muay Thai 2-3x a week.

Exactly it. 6'7" 235 lbs. Adding cardio because I've been in garbage shape for the past 2.5 years (used bulking as excuse). But now it interferes with my leg workouts so I figure I should start running some.
