I've been forcing down as many calories as I humanly can for over two months in an effort to bulk, as well as strength exercises every other day.

I have gained exactly four pounds. What is going on?

Why would you care. You are barely gaining muscle. Natty lifting can maybe get you 20lbs of muscle in a year if you are dedicated.

I'm 19. Currently 150 lbs. at 5'10 (manlet status)

Sex is usually once a month or so depending on how lucky I am.

not op but last night i realized i hadnt had a shake a bit before bed so i put in 4 scoops and vomitted

also is 100g of protein from whey good for me or too much?

100g from whey isnt bad just unnecessary, save yourself some money on protein powder and get 50 grams by adding in a small meal and use the shake for after workouts

Are you new I assume? Yeah you should be making more noob gains then that, you're not eating enough, and make sure you're constantly applying progressive overload, for you you should easily be able to add weight to the bar every workout, but if you stall just do more reps

Keep eating keep lifting and we will see you happy and chunky in a year or two from now in 4 years of lifting I started at 150 lbs gained to 235lbs and am now going on my first cut sitting around 215 lbs atm
The weight will come with time just keep grinding my brethren
