Please post how many unweighted *chin-ups* you can do with a full range of motion i.e. your arm has to be straight at the bottom and your chin has to come above the bar.

If you do pullups literally every fucking day you'll hit 20 in no time. Dr. Google will show you a number of different pull up plans to get you to 20 in a month.
With a dead hang pull up and no kipping there is still a technique to it in how you stiffen and posture your body.
