EC or ECA stack?

So I'm starting PSMF tomorrow and picked up some bronkaid and caffeine tabs to do an EC stack. But then I read that aspirin is important too. I can't find a consensus online...thoughts?

If my BP is low and I take a shit load of fish oil (1800g DHA&EPA) anyway, does it matter? I just am not a fan of aspirin in general.

Do coffee or grean tea instead of the caffeine pills. Just take Half of one bronkaid for the first week and then add the full next week. I usually cycle for about every 2 weeks.

Literally not going to make it.
I cant wake up without my ec every morning. I take half a bronkaid at night before bed to aleviate my allergic asthma. Throw some l-theanine in there, it takes the edge off.
