Who else trex mode?
I was a runner before start lifting and my legs are disproportional from the rest of the body. Squatting 3x a week won't do much.
Which exercises are king for working out the upper body?

Pic related, didn't start lifting until 8 months into my cut, so alot of my growth has come from noobgain. I recently started implementing RPT training on just my compound lifts and am seeing even better gains while on my cut. I do cardio every day, and my job requires me to be on my feet 7-10 hours a day, so I don't even need to squat or have a leg day.

fucking DYELs, your legs are not "t-rex" by any measure just from running. just lift normally and things will even out provided you do everything correctly.
