I ran 2.37 miles, in 23:14. I gaver hard yesterday on a run so today was kind less energy.

average pace 9:49/mi (yesterday was 8:18)

tomorrow im gonna do deadlifts at the gym..

of the beginners workout of the sticky. Second day at the gym. I think I'm going to stick with it as long as the gym stays relatively empty at 5 am, self conscious about working out in front of people.

its a bulk routine genius, meaning in order for you to progress on it properly you will need a caloric surplus

if you absolutely must do that much cardio, do it after your weight training. if you want to escape skinnyfat mode, bulk and bulk properly.

you will honestly make 0 gains with that. strength and weight are 2 things you are in dire need of and what you are currently doing will provide you with neither.

I stuck to my macros, played some vidya, got a new tube for my bike that I'll have to wheel half the way to work tomorrow to pump up properly (fuck screw on hand pumps, they do nothing), and nothing else, yesterday was gym day, I'm on a 3 days/week routine, might bump it up to 5 days if I don't notice any changes in another week.
