i get an insane stinging pain inside my wrist, which pisses me off.
I have done wrist exercises and everything. All i found would help was doing fist pushups.

This problem has come back.

I was board today and decided to try handstands, did the recommended stretched and tried it out.

Fine on carpet or tiles,
but as soon as i put a pillow underneath me for the wall (didnt want to smash onto tiles) my wrists hurt so much, not just in the area on the photo but all around the joint.
help?

then you didnt do them long enough, mine vanished after 3 weeks.

especially the ones on the back of your palm hurt a lot in the beginning but when that strengthened the pain went away as well.

lol, you have weak wrists and/or shitty technique. Continue to do push ups on your fists, it will solve both problems over time.
