2x weekly?
1st lower body day:
back squats 3x5
front squats 3x6-8
2-3 accessories (calves, abs)
2nd lower body day:
back squats 3x5
rdls 3x6-8
2-3 accessories
thinking about something like this primarily to get back to my former squat numbers (had to quit squatting cause knee injury)

what would be correct rep range for front squats then?
>>36318796
There is no correct rep range for any lift he is retarded, probably doesn't even lift.

he is right, front squas are a very technical lift and you should do it for 5 reps at most, up to 3 would be optimal
anything more than that means something is very wrong with your form
>>36319132
certain exercises are better suited for low reps, mainly because of form breakdown when you do medium to higher reps. Olympic lifts are a great example of this.
When it comes to front squat, reps should be kept between 1-3, and for more sets to get enough volume.
4-5 reps are ok, but 6 and higher are absolutely useless for an exercise such as front squat. This is because the scapulae retractors cannot hold the proper position isometrically for that long.
You would know this if you actually lifted, something you have clearly showed that you do not. So do us all a favor and get off this board and never give advice again, you piece of shit neckbeard.
