All of those are natty if you are
1,2, and 3 are considered "raw" while 4 is not

For purposes of generally training you want to avoid grip being a limiting factor, core strength and leg/posterior chain strength should be what is tested
Belt/beltless is what usually make the most difference

Before I had any knowledge of anything I dealifted with a mix grip which lead to me having an imbalance on my lats and traps. If I switch my grip for the double overhand would it be enough to fix my shit?
