ITT: We discuss our progress and journey to the eternal glory of the 1000 pound club. For those unfamiliar with the thousand pound club.
(Bench Max+ Squat Max+ Deadlift Max = 1000+)

Those of you who have already hit the milestone:
- How long did it take you?
- What is your current total?
- Juicing or natty?

Bench: 205
Squat: 275
Deadlift: 375
Total: 855lbs (Approx. 14 months of natty lifting)

1 plate means barbell + 1 45 lb plate on each side = 135 lb
2 plate = barbell + 2 45 plates on each site = 225
3plate = 315
4plate = 405

A/B/C/D refers to 1-rep-max weights for
overhead press/bench press/squat/deadlift

Poverty bench is finally moving up. Been lifting for about 2 years at about 83kg bw, natty obviously.
