Drunks of /fit/, what is the best soft drink to mix with liquor calorie-wise? Or should I just add parts of water to it?
Don't want to drink it straight because I always drink large volumes and would end up way too drunk.

That's actually a really good idea and I'm hitting myself for not thinking about it.
I switched to rye and bourbon because I was drinking a lot of beer and it was empty calories.
Fast forward to now and my tolerance is so high that I can kill half a liter of 95 proof nightly. 1000 empty calories there.
Cutting back now and it sucks because I have sleeping problems and I'm fuzzy the next day unless I drink. Stress of my job has been ruining my life.
