Starting with power clean & push jerk. Aiming for 190. Then it's happy fun time SQUAT TIME.

Going to do battle once more with 255. Hit it for triples and doubles reliably last time, but I want sets of 5.

And then proceed to Romanian deadlift and calve raises for assistance. Finish off with some farmer walks.
