3.5 oz of chicken, sliced thin
3 oz broccoli
1 large carrot
Chopped onion
3tsp of siracha
1 tbsp garlic chili sauce (found in Asian section at Walmart)
.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil. Heat oil, cook chicken. Move to side and cook veggies till slightly tender. Add sauces and let simmer. Eat, orgasm, repeat. I also like to throw in jalepenos and green beans when I have them
