In highschool, over the summer, two months, I went from 82 to 68 (180cm).
I didn't exercise much, I just started looking after what I eat (I would eat a porridge from 1l of milk on my own once or twice a month before). I worked in the forest, cleaning up branches after the logs were taken away, so I would walk 6 hours a day, carry around, quite often heavy, branches.
I would maybe bike a bit, not much, just bit. And swim occasionally, but both of those were just tetriary means to an end.

Here's a few that people often forget:

When I first started cutting fat back when I was fat I made these three mistakes and it took me several months to cut from 90kg to 65kg.

You can do it easily naturally. Entering a starvation diet (the World Health Organization considers anything less than 2100 for man a starvation diet) like the OP will do it. Rather than enhancing hormone production like anabolics, starvation damages it along with metabolism and thyroid. It's why people rebound heavily after going on crash diets.

Biochemistry student here and did some projects on fat loss so I think I know some about energy in/out.
When you drop your caloric intake, your body adapts and limits your energy outtake. This can be divided into 2 'sorts' of energy. one where you have impact on: physical excercise. And the one where you dont have impact on: energy from body heat and metabolic processes.
Theres a lot more but I don't have time to put them all here, so you should look them up.
When cutting down, your body knows it doesn't have a lot of energy, so it sends signals to the brain that tell you to not move so much (eg youre tired all the time).

In conclusion: when cutting down 1000 kcal a day, you can't simply say you will daily lose that much energy in fat. Couple hundred years ago it was very important to hold on to your fat storage when times where rough.
And yes, in some people (like OP if he doesn't lie), TDEE drops to below 2000 kcal to ensure fat isn't lost.

This isn't an excuse to not lose weight, it's still possible but just harder. OP u should drop down to 1600 kcal at least.
