I apologize in advance for making this thread, I am just really desperate and at a crossroads...

>165lbs->125lbs (6 month cut; s-sorry for skelly)
>lifts went down from 0.75/1.5/2/2.5 now 0.5/1/1.5/2 (s-sorry for weak piece of shit)
>planned to cut to 10-12% bf then slow/lean bulk after until at least 1/2/3/4

I am worried I am not at 10-12% body fat, but feel as though cutting any lower is unhealthy.

Also, sorry for manlet, and sorry for pajeet (I know I won't ever make it, but I just want to make the best of what I have...)

So my questions are:

1. Body fat estimate?
2. Should I stop the cut/start slow (almost maintenance: lean) bulk?

I definitely think I cut too much. Main reason I'm thinking about switching gears.

I only bulked for 3 months with a 500kcal surplus at 40/30/30.

So you think I should start a lean bulk also or be more aggressive with my bulk?

You cut too early. Stop saying you need to "lean bulk" or be" aggressive" with your bulk. You sound like you dont even want it or barely lift. Bulk for about 8-12months with a 500kcal surplus and be patient. Sleep 7+ hrs and check your diet consistently and buy a food scale Ill repeat that again buy a food scale. Youre delusional if you think a 3 month bulk is worth it let alone going for a 6 month cut.

Yeah but I recommend 8 months bulk and then see where you are then if you want then go for the 12months.

Pick a strength program and stick to it. Get you 1g per 1lb bw of protein. Generally eat whole food (milk,meat,nuts,yogurt, etc.). The only real gains goblin is yourself. And squat ATG

Do you lift weights ? Honest question. Do you go to a gym or just do cardio/work out at home? I'm shocked at seeing somebody that works out and is 125 lbs. I mean you aren't really at a crossroads cause all you need to do is eat clean, and get over 150g of protein and lift weights. Which is fucking easy since I have to eat 210g of protein a day to maintain what I have at 6'4 210.
