0.5 banana
1tbl cinnamon
1tbl HGH
a bit of ice, for the smoothness

No he said "200gr" not "200g". Since /fit/ is full of scholars he obviously meant grains, which works out to ~13 grams.

I actually make a similar one, with a bit more milk, a bit of instant espresso, a scoop of chocolate whey, and I measure 2tbls of peanut butter.
