3 apples = 243 cals
1 banana = 86 cals
1 cucumber = 63 cals
1 evening meal of potatoes sausage and some gravy = 1100 cals.

Do intermittent fasting, so you can have big meals to look forward to.

Eat meals like a big pan of tuna and veggies fried together. You can actually eat until you're full and it's barely any calories.

I do the same as you, but I think the difference is that I do an EXTREME(and by extreme I mean 0 sugars,no salt, saturated fats etc) clean bulk. In the last one I gained 10 kg of pure muscle and not a single inch on my belly measurement. Literally I reduced my b.f levels while bulking and gaining weight because I only added lean muscle and no fat.

Yeah, I measured every Sunday my belly and didn't gain nothing, but ofc you would need to eat ultraclean like me:

No sugars
No saturated fats
No sauces(not even tomato sauce/ketchup)
No salts
etc

Why you say that carbs are bad? Saturated fats and trans fats are the ones that aren't burned away. The bad ones for me are the ones that aren't in the group of low glycemic index. Here are examples of good carbs:

-Lentils
-Chickpeas
-Brown rice/pasta
-Oats

These are the only ones that I eat, all with low glycemic index. Worked very good for me.

2 tbsp natural peanut butter
3 large boiled eggs

the problem isn't going over calories. the problem is eating high calorie food that isn't filling. if you are always hungry and it actually bothers you, you will probably give in and eat too much. replace your sausages with lean meat, eliminate the gravy.
