Hey /fit/ I'm stiff as fuck and I need a good mobility routine that will let me squat ass to grass, overhead press, and keep my joints safe. Help from Trappy Chan, Caladan, or any other well established trip is especially appreciated.

But for the most part, you don't want to be doing stretches during or before the workout.
For the workout, in order to perform well and avoid injuries, you wanna warmup plenty and properly (just don't tire yourself down).
This is specially important for the OHP, since you an easily get muscle strains (specially levator scapulae strains) if you skip the warmups.
