i stick with organic/grass-fed beef and lamb.
chicken is shit tier. people think it's cheaper than red meat but when you compare the price per calorie, it's the same. so you aren't getting any more food for your buck, you're just getting it in a worse ratio. red meat has the perfect balance of fat and protein. chicken has very little fat and way more protein than you need. also a lot less vit/mineral dense. it's meat for girls. >"muh low fat, wah wah wah, where's my iphone ELL OH ELL!"
