Cheapest source of protein powder and/or creatine? Is the cheap stuff as effective as the more expensive brands?
>>36024264
>Cheapest source of protein powder and/or creatine?
That's not a question?
>>36024276
>What is...
Come on man you know what I mean
eggs, fish, chicken, beans, lentils, cheese, milk, stop eating shit and start cooking
Isolate soy protein. Not bait. As for creatine, take the cheapest brand of monohydrate.
>>36024332
Already do
>>36024365
What's good vendor/source for both? Is amazon usually best or brick and mortar stores?
>>36024264
I pretty much buy myprotein or ON gold standard. Whatever I can get cheaper. Look around online you can always find a website good coupons/deals and save yourself $. It adds up quick.
>>36024264
Check slickdeals
Got 12lbs of strawberry impact whey for $60.
Tastes like watered down sugar water and makes me wanna puke everytime I force myself to drink it
Is the creatine in ON's Mass Gainer good enough?
>>36024365
Don't go soy protons unless you want to be a trap
Eat right and you won't need to buy protein. Even the cheapest is significantly more expensive than chicken breast or even lean 96% beef. I can get 10lbs of Chicken Breast for $25 as costco. No protein deal will beat that.
I just ordered some extreme milk chocolate. Anybody tried it?
>>36024332
none of these are cheaper when it comes to protein/usd where i'm from
>>36024264
check out canadianprotein. havent ordered from them before but when i finish this tub of ON im gonna try it out, $40 for a 5 lb bag of whey concentrate
>>36024428
Sounds awesome mate.
I also love sleeping on the floor cause it doesn't affect my gains and a matress is just too fucking expensive.
>>36024462
1kg(2.2lbs) of chicken breasts costs like $14 here lmao
>>36024501
I don't care lmao
>>36024537
broteinpowder is twice as cheap lmao
>>36024473
i use canadianprotein.com too. its cheap and it tastes/mixes great. i recommend the milk chocolate to start - but chocolate peanut butter is good too. also, if your into the jew powders they have plenty of those.
>>36024501
yeah im canadian and chicken/beef is goddamn expensive up here. 2lbs of ground beef is $10. protein powder is easy on the wallet.

>>36024571
How long does it usually take for them to deliver? I'm in Toronto
>>36024462
Dude... No. Just no.
>>36024463
Takes like shit to me friend
I regret getting it in the larger tub
>>36024462
forgot factor in the cost of going to costco. Plus transportation costs if you're driving, which I would have to in order to get to one.
Is there any protein powder that isn't gross?
>>36026369
This, you gotta add the cost of a car to drive to costco and a house to come back too.
>>36026397
>is there any protein powder for which an objective statement can be made regarding a subjective quality?
Yes. But also no.
>>36024332
lolno
the cheapest milk around gives me 52,85g of protein per €
last batch of myprotein's unflavored whey gave me 75,25g per €
chicken, eggs, fish, don't come even close
lentils, theoretically a few more grams per € but it is lower tier protein and who the fuck is going to eat 2k of lentils a day you'd probably shit your intestines out
>>36026417
And you have to add the weight of your wrist watch when adding up your bench press total.
>>36026397
Try changing the amount of water you add
>>36026580
>not drinking it with skim milk
Do you hate yourself?
>>36026584

Dingaling a ling retard alert retard alert
>>36026652
>>36026584

It's already fucking flavored. Just drink it you pansies
>>36026687
reinforce yourself for making gains, and you'll make more gains in the future, it is science
plus it's milk it's good for you
>>36026687
this desu, I drink it with water. Tastes fine. I'm not having a gallon of it a day so I don't need it to taste like my boyfriend's cum
no homo
>>36026749
why does it say desu? I typed desu
>>36026771
wtf? typing "desu", abbreviation for "to be honest" atuomatically changes to "desu"?
>>36026781
Newfag, also a nigger for unironically using texting abbreviations on websites
>>36026787
How new do I need to be? I saw posts with to be honest abbreviated just yesterday.

>>36026781

>>36026875
RIP in peace gains
>>36024967
I bought it on Wednesday night and I got it on Friday. I ordered 3x5lb bags of chocolate because it's free shipping over $99.
>>36024967
they're in ontario and its less than a week for them to ship it out here to edmonton
>>36026878
The BX here price matched me one time when i saw they had ON whey one day. I grabbed two of the 5lb tubs they had brought them to the register and showed the guy the prive for the 2lb tubs online.
Got two 5 pounders for the price of two 2 pounders. saved on shipping too. they havent had ON since that day i went in.. or at least the day when i opened my second tub and went looking for another one
>>36026397
Drink it with whole milk, unless you don't want gains.
