I recently started working out ( 3 months in) and I want to build more muscle so I bought protein powder at the store. EAS 100% Whey 26gram protein. I cannot stomach the shake, it comes out all layered and a little chunky when I mix it with water and I honestly couldnt even do a sip. I stirred in it my cup for a good 5 minutes and it meant nothing. Anyone have a good tasting protein powder shake they use? Or another high source of protein not in powder form?

Mix the powder in yoghurt, cottage cheese or oatmeal. That's a lot better. You can also bake it into cookies and protein bars. There's a ton of recipes online.

Throw it in a blender with frozen fruit. Makes a wicked smoothie.

I actually made a protein mug cake the other day. One scoop of powder, one egg, mix in a mug, microwave for one minute. It literally comes out like fucking cake.

Why haven't you used milk yet, surely the word shake is a tip off. Tried it with water and I struggle, just put it in milk and it actually tastes decent (ie you can swallow it without wanting to vomit)

Blender bottles are GOAT for mixing protein easily also try sweetened/unsweetened Almond milk instead of water. It makes it easier to get down.

Take a page from Rich Pianoman, drop the protein powder.
Buy a carton of egg whites, throw it in a blender with some water, ice, and a source of carbs. Cereal, oatmeal, sweet potato, and toss some fruit in as well.

Not only will your stomach handle this better, but your body will probably digest and absorb it better. Though if you pack enough protein into your regular meals shakes like this just aren't necessary.
